Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rock8.ai, an AI-powered outbound calling and engagement platform operated byPace Wisdom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We value transparency in all our billing and refund processes. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing or renewing any subscription.

1. Free Trial Policy

We offer a free plan that allows users to explore the platform, test features, and evaluate fit before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Because this trial access is provided at no cost, we do not issue refunds once you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. No Refunds on Platform Fees

All platform access fees, subscription charges, and setup/customization fees are non-refundable, as they cover infrastructure costs, AI model usage, and service enablement from the time of activation.

Once a subscription or plan is activated, the corresponding charges are final and cannot be reversed.

3. Custom Pricing & Enterprise Plans

Custom or enterprise pricing plans are tailored to each customer's configuration, integrations, and usage volume.

Such custom engagements involve dedicated provisioning, engineering, and resource allocation — therefore, payments made under custom agreements are non-refundable.

4. Add-Ons & Usage-Based Credits

Refunds for add-on purchases or prepaid usage credits may be considered only under valid circumstances, such as:

  • A technical issue on Rock8.ai's side preventing reasonable use, and
  • No significant consumption of credits or minutes.

All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion after evaluating actual usage. To Apply please write your valid reason to hello@rock8.ai.

5. Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by writing to hello@rock8.ai.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be billed again for future cycles.
  • The current term remains non-refundable.

6. No Partial or Mid-Term Refunds

If you cancel in the middle of your billing period:

  • You will not receive a partial refund for unused time.
  • You may continue to use the service until your plan expires at the end of the current term.
  • Once expired, your access will automatically revert to the free plan or be deactivated.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment has been made in error or charged more than once due to a technical issue, please contact hello@rock8.ai within 7 days of the transaction.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded or credited to your account within 15 – 20 business days.

8. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions, any remaining subscription balance or credits will be forfeited.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only where applicable), please email:

Include:

  • Registered account email
  • Payment reference number
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for the request

Refund requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days and processed within 10–15 business days if approved.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect service, pricing, or regulatory changes. Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.
